my philosophy

One day I will be a TEACHER.yes! my goal is want to be a good teacher.I must create my own philosophy of teaching and learning. As a planned , my philosophy of teaching and learning is much influenced by my obligation to be as a good Muslim Educator to convey the knowledge to all people  without limitation to their races, religion or political ideologies.

I strongly believe to be a good teacher,I must know and understand students, how they develop and learn. To understand each students is unique and it hard to know all the students such as name, their hometown and level of knowledge.I always listen to their concerns and problem. If I could help them,I will help them as fast as possible.I also make it clear to the students that I cannot succeed in my teaching without them. They are the reflection of my teaching skill successful or vice versa.
In my teaching,I will explain what my students are expected to achieve in the subject, what to do before coming class, how to do each assignment and project and how to prepare for quizzes and exams.I also will help them to gain carry marks for every categories.I will test my students with given quizzes to evaluate their understanding ,to assess students formally and to encourage higher-level thinking skills.
By being more resourceful,I will be able to achieve self-satisfaction and success I teaching. As a teacher ,I am the open to new ideas and suggestions therefore I would like to be more involved in educational activities, attend educational talks and participate in forums or conferences to further expand my knowledge. Moreover, being up-to-date with the latest information, keeping in touchwith global issues and getting my hands on the latest technology are some of the ways for me to improve myself. In my view, I could also incorporate them into my classroom practice because as for me, knowledge-wise, teachers should be at least two or three steps ahead of their students. Therefore I have to be well-prepared for every lesson by planning my time and materials efficiently to ensure that a successful lesson takes place. I also feel that it is wise to reflect on every lesson that has been conducted so that I can identify the strengths and rectify the weaknesses.

Finally, I believe that my professional growth is another essential factor for continuous success in my teaching. Thus, I do my best to be at the cutting edge of recent scholarship in order to inspire students with new aspects of inquiry. I also make a great effort to improve my teaching by seeking feedback from students and peers, attending teaching workshops, and studying and experimenting with new methods and approaches. Through these evaluative and enriching processes, I continuously refresh my passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning and refine my teaching practices, thereby growing both as a teacher and as a scholar.
